:: 1970 - 1979  ::
1972  : MAICO was established.
1973 : MAICO commenced production of air-conditioners and parts.
1974 : MAICO produced its 100,000th room air-conditioner.
1976  : MAICO produced its first 2.0 HP and 2.5 HP models.
1978 : MAICO produced its 500,000th room air-conditioner and 500,000th compressor.
:: 1980 - 1989  ::
1981 : MAICO produced its 1 millionth room air-conditioner and 1 millionth compressor.
: MAICO obtained the FMM Awards for 'Export Achievement' and 'New & Improved Product Development' for National "Topcool" air-conditioners.
1982 : MAICO produced its 2 millionth compressor.
1983 : In conjunction with the Malaysia's 26th National Day celebrations, MAICO was ranked in 15th position in the 'Highest Exporter' category. 
: MAICO's window-type air-conditioner attained the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) approval, becoming the first manufactured product approved outside Japan.
1985 : MAICO produced its 3 millionth motor.
1986 : MAICO attained the JIS approval mark for split-type air-conditioner.
1987 : MAICO's air-conditioner model CW-82JSX was rated No. 1 in the USA.
: MAICO produced its 2 millionth room air-conditioner.
: MCM 1 was established.
1989 : MAICO produced its 3 millionth room air-conditioner.
: MCM 1 produced its 5 millionth compressor.
: MACC and MCM 2 were established.
:: 1990 - 1999  ::
1990 : MAICO's room air-conditioner model CW-801HU was rated top in the USA.
1991 : MAICO produced its 5 millionth room air-conditioner.
: MACRAD and MACTEC were established.
1992 : MCM 1 produced its 10 millionth compressor.
1993 : MACC produced its 1 millionth room air-conditioner.
: MCM 3 was established.
1994 : MACG produced its 10 millionth room air-conditioner.
1995 : MCM won the Export Excellence Award for its compressors by MITI Malaysia.
: MCM 2 obtained the MS ISO 9002 accreditation.
1996 : MCM produced its 20 millionth compressor.
: MAICO, MCM 1 and MCM 3 obtained MS ISO 9002 accreditation.
1997 : MACC obtained MS-ISO 9002 accreditation.
: MAICO, MACC and MCM 1 obtained MS ISO 14001 accreditation.
: MACOMRAD was established.
1998 : MCM 2, MCM 3,and MACRAD obtained MS ISO 14001 accreditation.
: MACG produced its 16 millionth room air-conditioner.
: MCM produced its 25 millionth compressor and 60 millionth motor.
: Matsushita Air-Con Techno School (MATAIR) was opened.
1999 : MACG launched its new room air-conditioner model national 'Milenia'.
: MCM celebrated the kick-off ceremony of "hero-1" project. Hero-1 implements the high efficiency rotary compressors.
: MEI air-conditioner company (ACC) celebrated the global production of 40 million room air-conditioner and 100 million room air-conditioner compressor in Japan.
: MCM compressor division celebrated the production of 100 millionth set of global compressor (MCM contributed 26.5 million unit).
  : MACG received Silver Awards under the PR Publication category and Corporate Video category in the 18th Award Matsushita PR Contest organised by the Corporate PR Division, MEI Japan.
: MACG bags the Malaysia Good Design Mark Award for RAC domestic models CS-G93KE and CS-C93KH.
: MACG 26th Anniversary.
: MACOMRAD obtained ISO 14001 Certificate from SIRIM. MACG launched its first of its kind air-conditioner - Harmoni model- The first air-conditioner in the world which work side by side with a National ceiling fan. The same remote control can be used to operate the air-conditioner and ceiling fan individually.
:: 2000 - 2009  ::
2000 : MAICO received the 1999 design Competition for the Energy Efficiency Electrical Appliances - Air-conditioner category from TNB Research Sdn Bhd.
: MAICO awarded the 1998/99 Prime Minister's Hibiscus Award for notable achievement in Environmental Programme.
: MACTEC obtained the ISO 9001 Certification from SIRIM.
: MACG received Regional Excellent Award from its in-house company publications fro the MACG News in the year 2000 Matsushita PR Contest.
: MACRAD obtained the ISO 9001 Certification from SIRIM.
: MAICO received the Presidential Award from MEI, HQ for its achievement in getting the Notable Prime Minister Hibiscus Award. The award given to Matsushita Companies worldwid who achieve environmental advancements.
2001 : Our Rasonic Model RC-C70Y and National model CW-C70YA have been rated the No.1 overall score in Hong kong Choice Magazine.
: Restructuring of Air-Conditioner Devices and & Air-Conditioner Set Group of companies. The Air-Conditioning Set Group, under the leadership of Mr. Tetsu Kimoto comprises of MAICO/MACC/MACOMRAD of Malaysia and MWAC of China. The Air-Conditioning Devices group will consist of MCM and MACOMRAD. Mr. Shuji Yasuda remained as the group managing director for Air-Conditioning Set group and Mr. Ikuo Miyamoto will be the Managing Director for the Air-Conditioning Devices group. Mr. Masahiro Shimizu was the Executive Director of the Air-Conditioning Devices group and will assist Mr. Miyamoto on the daily business.
2002 : New model launching to the domestic Malaysian market. The name of the air-conditioner is Milenia Gold. Dealers from East and West Malaysia are invited to witness the launching which was held at MACC Assembly Hall. Type of air-cond – 3/4hp to 2.5hp.
: 20th Millionth Production Achievement and Donation of 92 sets Air-Conditioning to Technical School through Majlis Amanah Rakyat and Ministry of Human Resource.
: Launched of new MAICO Showroom by Mr. S.Yasuda. Press Conference was held and many local press responded well.
2003 : MAICO launched a new air-conditioner – Puritee at the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.
: Matsushita Group received Excellence Award from the Selangor State Government during the Selangor Investor Appreciation Night. Mr. S.Yasuda received the award on behalf of the Matsushita Group of Companies in Selangor.
2004 : Malaysia Good Design Award for the Panasonic Oxygen Air-Cond Models by the Malaysian Design Council.
  : Handover donation to Rumah Keluarga Kami, Kajang for collection made during Car Wash Campaign in Oct. 03. Part of 30th Annviersary Program.
  : LIVLA - Panasonic Pure Living Center Opening ceremony.
  : Panasonic Air-Conditioners participated in the Eco-Products International Fair 2004 at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.
: Change of Company name. PHAAM to PAPAMY and PHAARADM to PAPARADMY.
  : First Customer's Actual air-conditioners evaluation carried out by LIVLA.
2005 : Malaysia Good Design Award 2004.
: En. Kunio Nakamura received "Panglima Jasa Negara" (The most esteemed service order to the Nation) and was bestowed the title "Datuk" from the Malaysian government.
  : Presidential Excellence Award, received by Mr. S.Yasuda in MEI, Japan.
  : Panasonic 5th Consecutive Years winning Reader's Digest Superbrand Award (Platinum award for Air-Cond).
  : Innovation in Human Resource Development 2004 by Deputy Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dato Kong Cho Ha.
  : Malaysia Brand Equity Award 2005 (won under sub-categories of major home appliances - washing machine, air-cond, refrigerator, microwave, audio, home system, radio recorder player, colour TV) 1 gold and 2 silver awards received.
  : Prime Minister's Hibiscus Award Accessment Audit to PAPAMY
  : Anugerah Pengarah RK MEI for 4th Global model (PHAARADM Logins)
  : Official introduction of New MD - Mr. T.Sakai during the PAPAMY 2U meeting.
2006 : Prime Minister Hibiscus Awards (Noteble Achievement).
