Restructuring of Air-Conditioner Devices and & Air-Conditioner Set Group of companies. The Air-Conditioning Set Group, under the leadership of Mr. Tetsu Kimoto comprises of MAICO/MACC/MACOMRAD of Malaysia and MWAC of China. The Air-Conditioning Devices group will consist of MCM and MACOMRAD. Mr. Shuji Yasuda remained as the group managing director for Air-Conditioning Set group and Mr. Ikuo Miyamoto will be the Managing Director for the Air-Conditioning Devices group. Mr. Masahiro Shimizu was the Executive Director of the Air-Conditioning Devices group and will assist Mr. Miyamoto on the daily business. |
